Quillfeather Studio (“we”) is a small business run by the owner of the Etsy shop QuillfeatherStudios and the Pinterest account quillfeatherstudio. This policy covers this website and the private tools we use with the Etsy and Pinterest APIs.
This website
This website is static. It has no accounts, no forms, no comments, no advertising, no analytics and no cookies, and it does not ask you for personal information. Our hosting provider, Vercel, may automatically log standard technical details of each request, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and keep it secure. We do not use those logs to identify visitors.
If you email us, we receive your email address and your message. We use them only to reply to you.
Our use of the Etsy and Pinterest APIs
We use the Etsy Open API and the Pinterest API in private tools that work only with our own accounts. We do not offer these tools to other people, and we do not ask other people to sign in to them.
- Etsy: our tool reads our own shop’s listings, orders and messages so we can track sales and answer customers, and it creates draft listings in our own shop for us to review and publish.
- Pinterest: our tool creates pins and boards on our own Pinterest account and reads the performance of our own pins.
We do not collect data about other Etsy or Pinterest users beyond what Etsy provides about orders and messages in our own shop. We do not collect Pinterest or Etsy passwords or session cookies. Sign-in to each platform uses that platform’s own authorization process.
Customer information
When someone buys from our Etsy shop, Etsy gives us order details such as the buyer’s name and any message they send. We use that information only to deliver the product, give support and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell it, rent it, share it for advertising, publish it, or use it to build profiles. Etsy’s own privacy policy governs what Etsy collects when you shop there.
Keeping and deleting information
We keep order and support information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or the law requires. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email quillfeatherstudio@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
This website and our tools are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
